Aug. 13	Early registration deadline: Register early and save!
Sept. 10	Paper registration deadline and last day to register and have your badge and materials mailed before the meeting.
Oct. 15	Preregistration deadline. Badge and materials must be picked up onsite.

Includes active fellows, members, members in training, confirmed candidates, life members and international members. 2008 dues must be paid. Although Academy members attend the Joint Meeting for free, you still must register.

Includes retired fellows and members.
Affiliate Member	$400	$450	$500	N/A
Available to affiliate members in India and the Philippines. Must be a member by Aug. 15 to qualify.

Includes residency program or fellowship participants. Your form must be signed by your supervisor or the full nonmember physician fee will be charged.

Includes PhDs, DVMs, COEs, MBAs and healthcare administrators. Does not include employees from commercial companies. Does not include optometrists.

Must be a member by Aug. 15 to qualify.

Includes technicians, assistants, nurses, office support staff, medical students, interns, orthoptists, ophthalmic photographers and other allied health personnel. Does not include employees from commercial companies. Does not include optometrists. Allied health attendees who wish to attend a related group meeting must register for it separately.

This category provides the opportunity to attend the Joint Meeting to corporate representatives who have a legitimate business reason for attending but do not have a product or service to exhibit. This registration category is not for employees of a registered exhibiting company. Those registrations are handled by the appointed meeting contact from your company. Contact exhibitions@aao.org to register. Do not use the forms enclosed in the Advance Program or on this Web site — those methods of registration are for physicians and health professionals only.

ASORN Annual Meeting
Join the American Society of Ophthalmic Registered Nurses (ASORN) at its 32nd Annual Meeting and Subspecialty Day, Nov. 8 to 10. The destination is Atlanta; the goal is another outstanding educational program for nurses and ophthalmic personnel like you! ASORN's Annual Meeting begins with its own Subspecialty Day, beginning the morning of Saturday, Nov. 8, and featuring a retina focus this year. The Annual Meeting continues on Sunday morning, Nov. 9, through Monday, Nov. 10, with a variety of hot topics. All ASORN sessions will be held at the Hyatt Regency Atlanta.
