The printed 2008 Advance Program was mailed in late May to all Academy and AAOE members, and to nonmembers who have attended a meeting in the past three years. Allow at least three weeks for delivery. If you are not a member and have not attended a meeting in the past three years, complete the form below to request an Advance Program be mailed to you.
