Advertising opportunities are available in four Joint Meeting and Subspecialty Day printed programs:
Advance Program
- Provides preregistration, housing and instruction course ticket information.
- Circulation: 43,500.
- Mailed to all members and nonmembers who attended the 2005, 2006 or 2007 Annual Meeting and/or Subspecialty Day.
- All positions reserved. Program has been mailed.
Pocket Guide and Floor Plan
- Serves as an abridged guide to the Joint Meeting and Subspecialty Day. Includes general meeting information including convention center floor plan and shuttle schedule, an abridged directory of the scientific program and exhibitor listing. This is the first publication with paper, poster and video information.
- Circulation: 26,000.
- Mailed to all Joint Meeting preregistrants and distributed onsite to all attendees.
- All positions reserved. Guide has gone to press.
Final Program
- Serves as the comprehensive guide to the Joint Meeting. Includes a directory of the scientific program, instruction course information, abstracts and exhibitor listing.
- Circulation: 15,000.
- Distributed onsite to all professional attendees.
- All positions reserved.
Subspecialty Day Meeting Guide
- Serves as the single meeting guide for all Subspecialty Day attendees. Includes program schedules, meeting information, Subspecialty Day exhibit floor plan and detailed descriptions of those companies that participate in the exhibits.
- Circulation: 7,500.
- Distributed onsite to all Subspecialty Day attendees.
- Must be a 2008 Retina Subspecialty Day exhibitor or a 2008 Joint Meeting exhibitor to advertise in the Subspecialty Day Meeting Guide.
